My Fun Fold Card Live is tonight, Tuesday, August 25, at 6:30 pm (ET), and this week I have a brand-new catalog sneak peek to share with you! I’ll be making a Window View Fun Fold Card featuring the new Painted Patch Suite from the Stampin’ Up! September–December 2026 Catalog. This beautiful fall suite won’t be available to purchase until September 1, so tonight is your chance to get an up-close look at everything before it’s released. I’ll be showing you all of the products in the suite during the Live, along with how I used them to make this fun fall card.

The Painted Pumpkins Bundle is the star of this card, and this is a really fun bundle because you get THREE different types of products in one bundle! It includes the Painted Pumpkins Stamp Set, Painted Pumpkins dies, AND Painted Pumpkins Decorative Masks. For the main version of my Window View Card, I used the decorative masks to create the three colorful pumpkins on the front. I love how the masks make it easy to add different colors and shading to the pumpkins. The dies also include that cute rustic fence you see tucked behind them. There are so many possibilities with this bundle, and I’ll show you the different pieces and how they work during tonight’s Live.
Of course, the Window View Fun Fold itself is one of my favorite parts of this card! When the card is closed, it looks almost like a regular card with a pretty arched fall scene on the front. Once you open it, though, you discover that the arch is actually attached to the inside section of the card and shows through a large window cut into the front. The inside folds out to the side, giving you that fun surprise that makes fun fold cards so much fun to give. I especially like how the pumpkin scene remains part of the design whether the card is open or closed.
I used the new Painted Patch Designer Series Paper (DSP) in two different places. The Pool Party plaid pattern makes the perfect background behind my pumpkins and fence on the arched piece. Once you open the card, another DSP pattern appears on the folded section inside. This one has a playful assortment of fall images, including pumpkins, gourds, acorns, leaves and other little autumn designs. The colors in the DSP are a fun change from the darker colors we sometimes think of for fall, and I love how they look with the soft Petal Pink card base.
There are even more products from the Painted Patch Suite tucked into this card! I embossed the large layer on the card front with the Rustic Check 3D Embossing Folder, which gives the background lots of texture without taking attention away from the pumpkin scene. I also added a piece of the Calypso Coral With Copper Bordered Ribbon near the greeting. That little bit of copper along the edges adds just the right amount of shine. To finish everything off, I scattered a few Painted Patch Adhesive-Backed Dots over the plaid background. Since all of these products coordinate, putting the card together is almost as much fun as opening it!
The inside is where you can really see what makes this Window View Card special. As the card opens, the white center section folds forward while the DSP-covered panel folds out toward the right. The arched pumpkin scene stays positioned in the opening on the left, creating a dimensional display when the card is standing open. On the far right is a large Basic White area for writing your message, with simple stamped vines in the corners to dress it up. The Pool Party layer underneath ties everything back to the plaid DSP on the front. It’s one of those cards that looks completely different once you open it!
I also made a second version of the same Window View Card to show another way to use the Painted Pumpkins Bundle. The layout, DSP, colors and fun fold are the same, but this time I used the Painted Pumpkins stamps along with the decorative masks to make the pumpkins. The stamped outlines add more detail and give the pumpkins a different look. I also switched the Painted Patch Adhesive-Backed Dots to another color. I’ll show you both versions during the Live so you can decide which pumpkin style you like best. You might have a hard time choosing!
