The FIRST CARD and SECOND CARD in this class were colorful, but I decided to make a black & white card to finish off the class. I used the same floral stamp as the first class card, but I only used the top part of it. It's really easy to attach it to the circle layer, too, and you can see how I did it in the video above.
The sympathy sentiment is another sentiment from the Mixed Labels Bundle. Sympathy cards are hard to make, but they are so important to send to someone that has lost a loved one to let them know they're being thought of and prayed for.
The two patterned paper designs also came from the same Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper (DSP) that I've used on all of the cards in this class. There are three black & white designs in the pack, and I used two of them on this card. You can add color to these designs, but I wanted to stay with the black & white theme of the card.
You Can See All of the Designs in This DSP
in the Video Above
Like the first card, I used the Low-Profile Dots on this card, except I used the gold dots this time. These dots come in Petal Pink & gold, and each color comes in two sizes. I used two of each size in the gold dots.
The Free Card Kits for This Class Include Enough
of the Low-Profile Dots to Make the Cards
I stamped the same floral stamp I used on the front of the card along the right side of the inside layer, and then I stamped another sentiment stamp from the Mixed Labels Bundle. As you can see, this one pairs perfectly with the sympathy one.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
