I actually first made this card for a card swap I was in. I did change it a little bit for the class, though. I added the Granny Apple Green leaves die-cut behind the flowers to fill the flowers in more. I really like how they look together.
The Mixed Florals Bundle is part of the Mixed Media Florals Suite from the Online Exclusives section of the online store. There are two bundles in this suite, and I used the other bundle on this card, too. It's called the Mixed Labels Bundle, and it's where the sentiment and the label it's on came from. Since this bundle is not my featured bundle for this class, I will die-cut this label out for the card kits.
The striped paper on the card came out of the Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper (DSP). This DSP is a part of the same suite as the bundle. I show all of the designs in this beautiful paper in the video above.
The embossing on the Petal Pink layer was done with the new Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder. This folder is also in the suite, and it's one of the large folders we have now. I show it in the video above, too.
Last, but not least, I used the Low-Profile Dots from the suite on this card, too. They come in Petal Pink & Gold, and there are two sizes in each color. I used one large and two small Petal Pink dots on this card.
The Free Card Kits for This Class Include Enough
of the Low-Profile Dots to Make the Cards
I stamped the same floral stamp onto the bottom, right corner of the inside layer, but I only stamped the top part of the stamp. I then colored the flowers using the same Stampin' Blends as on the front (list of colors are included in the supply list below). The sentiment is another one from the Mixed Labels Bundle.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
