I had so much fun making these butterfly cards! We've had many butterfly stamp sets & dies before, but I think this bundle is my favorite one. On my FIRST CARD, I colored the beautiful butterflies with Stampin' Blends. On my SECOND CARD, I colored the large butterfly with Sponge Daubers using the Burnishing Technique. On my last card, I used the stand-alone butterfly dies in the bundle, and die-cut them out of Designer Series Paper (DSP) to make them multicolored butterflies.

I used the ALL three shapes in the Nested Essentials Dies on the cards in this class, and I used the last one for the sentiment once again on this card. I LOVE these dies! The shapes are a little different than most, and there are four sizes for each shape. So, they are perfect for layering...even though I didn't do that on my cards this time.

I love this card layout, because I was able to show off THREE of the beautiful designs in the Unbounded Beauty DSP. I totally forgot to mention this in my video above, but I got this card layout idea from a card I saw made by Dawn Olchefske.

I actually showed four designs, because the butterflies are die-cut out of one of them. Some of the designs are like watercolor wash-like designs, and I used one of them for my butterflies. You can see which one in the video above.

I LOVE the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems that I'm featuring in this class. I was actually able to show the shimmer of these beautiful gems on my pictures today, but they're still even prettier in person! There are two sizes for each of the 5 In Colors in the pack, and I used one large and two small Summer Splash gems on today's card. The 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code T9AWV6GJ, by September 4th, You'll Get a Full Pack of the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

If you've been following me for awhile, you know that I like to decorate the inside of my cards, too. This time, I simply stamped two of the butterfly stamps onto the Basic White layer using Pretty In Pink ink. Yes, this is another way to color the butterflies...simply stamp them with an ink color. The detail of the stamps still makes them look beautiful1

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.

I Hope You Enjoyed My Sketched Butterflies Card Class @ Home!
