The FIRST CARD in this class was a Fall-themed card. The SECOND CARD had Fall colors, but it could be used throughout the year. As promised, the last card in this class is a Christmas card. The poinsettia stamp in this bundle is so pretty. I only stamped it once for this card, but you could stamp it a few times and die-cut them to get a beautiful bouquet! I really like how the poinsettias look in the Moody Mauve color, too. Aren't they gorgeous in this color?
As you can see, I didn't use any of the crates in the bundle on this card. All of the images can be used without a crate, too...giving this bundle so many possibilities!
I wanted a nice "Merry Christmas" greeting, so I needed to use a different stamp set. The one I used is from the Brightest Glow Stamp Set in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. It worked perfectly in the rounded rectangle I die-cut with the Nested Essentials Dies.
How about the copper foil design I used from the All About Autumn Designer Series Paper (DSP)? One of the Moody Mauve/Copper Foil designs would have worked, but I thought that might be too much Moody Mauve (if that's possible...I LOVE this color). So, I decided to use one of the Mossy Meadow/Copper Foil ones instead.
This is a simple & easy card to make, but the embossing with the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder on the Very Vanilla base layer really dresses it up quite nicely! This embossing folder is in the Holiday Mini, too!
Yes, the Black & Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon looks great on Christmas cards, too! It's actually part of the Joy of Christmas Suite in the Holiday Mini. The knotted part of the ribbon on the card is actually a separate piece of the ribbon. I couldn't get the knot to angle the way I wanted it to using one piece of the ribbon, so I used two. I attached the ribbon ends of straight strip onto the back of the embossed Very Vanilla layer. Then, I tied a smaller piece of the ribbon into a single knot, and attached it to the attached ribbon using a Mini Glue Dot. The Black & Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon is NOT included in the card kits, but you can get it added FREE...

I pretty much did the inside of the card like the first card...I stamped the poinsettia stamp using Moody Mauve ink so I wouldn't have to color it in.
