Pick of the Patch Card Class @ Home - Card #3

Here's the last card for my current Free Card Class @ Home. This class features the wonderful Pick of the Patch Bundle from the new Stampin' Up! September-December 2023 Mini Catalog (Holiday Mini).

I start my weekly Card Class @ Home every Thursday, and they end on the following Wednesday. The Free class video is my weekly Thursday Live on my Facebook Page and YouTube Channel @ 7:30 pm (ET). My last card for this class is another Fall one. Have I said I LOVE making Fall cards yet? LoL Fall colors are my absolute favorite! On the FIRST CARD, I did some sponging on the pumpkins to give them a two-tone affect. This time, I stamped them with one color each, like usual. Of course, we think of the Pumpkin Pie ink pad for pumpkins, but Cajun Craze is a great color for them, too.

Notice that ribbon? It's not the Black & White Gingham Ribbon we've had for a long time. It's new ribbon from the Holiday Mini called Black & Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon. It looks SO good with the Very Vanilla cardstock on the card. It's perfect for this card!

I also used the new Deckled Circles Dies from the Holiday Mini on the Cajun Craze & Very Vanilla circles. They layer perfectly! I'll be using these dies a lot, I'm sure!

I used another design in the Them Bones Designer Series Paper (DSP) that works great for Fall projects. It is so cool that we can use this DSP for both Halloween & Fall projects! On the SECOND CARD for the class, Stampin' Up! turned a houndstooth design into bats by adding eyes & mouths. With this Fall color houndstooth design, it's the regular houndstooth design we're used to.

Of course, I had to use my favorite new embossing folder, Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder on this card like the other Fall card in the class. The distressed-look of this embossing folder is so perfect! The worn, flat areas within the tile design really makes this embossing special!

The embellishments I picked out for this class are the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. The three colors in this embellishment pack are Black, Champagne, & White, and there are two sizes in each color. On today's card, I used two small and one large of the white gems. I think the sparkle in these gems is SO PRETTY! They really add a lot to the cards in this class. The Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

I stamped the inside of the other two cards, but this time, I added a strip of the same DSP design from the front along the bottom of the inside layer.
