Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day
Wednesday, September 13, 2023

If you've been following me for awhile, you already know this, but I LOVE making Fall cards! I had this card in my head as soon as I got the Pick of the Patch Bundle. Sometimes, cards in my head don't turn out like I thought they would, but this one did! I love having multiple sizes of pumpkins in this set, along with the longer gourd on the top left of my "patch". This set is so much fun, and I can't wait to make more stuff with it.

Do you notice how the four pumpkins have two different shades of orange on them? This affect is so easy to do with sponge daubers, and you can learn how to do it in my video above.

How do you like that plaid paper along the bottom of my card! It's wonderful, isn't it? I bet you can't guess which Designer Series Paper (DSP) I got it from...unless you have the DSP yourself. 😉

It's actually from the Halloween DSP pack in the new Holiday Mini, and it's called Them Bones DSP. I used this DSP on ALL three of my cards. As you can see above, I made two Fall cards with this DSP, along with the expected Halloween one. You really NEED this DSP!

The embellishments I picked out for this class are the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. The three colors in this embellishment pack are Black, Champagne, & White, and there are two sizes in each color. The sparkle of these gems is gorgeous! They really live up to their name. On today's card, I used two each size of the champagne ones. The Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code B2JA49TP, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

I did a little more stamping than usual on the inside of my card. I didn't want to just stamp one pumpkin in the corner, so I stamped a few, and the gourd, along the bottom of the inside layer instead. I was so happy how it looked when I was done. I hope you like it, too.

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.

Come Back Monday for the Second Card of the Class
