Translucent Florals Card Class @ Home - Card #3

Here's the last card for my current Free Card Class @ Home. This class features the gorgeous Translucent Florals Bundle from the new Stampin' Up! September-December 2023 Mini Catalog (Holiday Mini).

I start my weekly Card Class @ Home every Thursday, and they end on the following Wednesday. The Free class video is my weekly Thursday Live on my Facebook Page and YouTube Channel @ 7:30 pm (ET). You can see the video for this class below. I have added chapters to the video, so you can skip to the part you want to watch, too.

How would you like to get the card kits (includes the cardstock (cut, embossed, & die-cut), Designer Series Paper (DSP), & ribbon to make two each of the three cards in the class FREE?

Another thing you can do with the Translucent Florals stamps is to use them to make a background on cardstock. You can even make your own patterned paper with it! Check out my Parakeet Party layer. Instead of embossing it, I stamped one of the flower stamps from the set all over the piece using Parakeet Party ink. I think this background adds a lot to this card.

As with the other cards in this class, I used the new Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper (DSP) on this card, too. This time I used one of the leaf designs in the pack. These leaves have Parakeet Party & Pretty Peacock on them, so that's how I came up with the color combo on this card. This color combo is totally different from the FIRST CARD and SECOND CARD in this class. I really like it when you can get so many different color combos and looks with one DSP pack! This DSP is one of my favorites right now, too!

You Can See All of the DSP Designs in the Video Above

The embellishments I picked out to feature for this Card Class @ Home are the Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. I love these flat pearls, and they come in two different sizes. I think they have a little iridescent look to them, too. On today's card, I used one large and 2 small pearls. The Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code B2JA49TP, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

I decided to stamp the large leaves stamp from the set onto the bottom left side of the inside layer. As you can see, I only stamped part of the image. I do this a lot with larger stamps, and I like the look.

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
