My Opulent Oasis Card Class @ Home (CC@H) includes three pretty floral cards, and today’s featured card is the last card in the class. This one is an Overlay Fun Fold Card, and it is such a fun way to show off beautiful paper and stamped floral images. It features the Opulent Oasis Bundle from the May-August 2026 Catalog, the Velvet Meadow DSP, and the Dreamy Flowers embellishments. The bright Daffodil Delight card base gives this card such a happy feel, and the bold Berry Burst flower on the front makes it a real stand-out card.
The replay of the Live is still available to watch, so you can see how this fun fold works from start to finish. This is one of those cards that is much easier to understand when you see it in action. The front overlay piece creates a fun layered opening, and the inside has plenty of room for writing a message. During the replay, you can craft along and see how the DSP panels, stamped images, greeting, and fun fold pieces all come together.

The Opulent Oasis Bundle works beautifully on this Overlay Fun Fold Card. The large stamped flower on the front is done in a bold pink shade (Berry Burst), and it looks gorgeous against the bright yellow (Daffodil Delight) cardstock. The green (Peaceful Pine) stamped leaves add movement and help balance the strong flower color. I also love the “Sending Happy Thoughts” greeting stamped on the front panel. It fits the cheerful feel of the card perfectly.
The Velvet Meadow DSP is a big part of this card’s design. On the front, the floral DSP panels on each side add a garden feel, while the light blue patterned strip across the top softens the bright yellow card base. When the card is opened, the inside also shows the pretty floral DSP strips along the sides of the writing area. This is a great way to use patterned paper because it decorates both the outside and inside while keeping the main writing area open.
The Dreamy Flowers embellishments add a beautiful pop of shine and color to this card. I used the Berry Burst flowers on the front near the greeting and focal flower, and they look so pretty with the stamped BerryBurst flower and the floral DSP. These little accents help pull the whole card together and add just the right amount of dimension. The card kits for this class include enough of these Dreamy Flowers embellishments to make the cards.
The inside of this card is just as fun as the outside. When the Overlay Fun Fold opens, you can see the bright yellow card base and the white writing panel on the inside. The Velvet Meadow DSP strips on both sides frame the writing area beautifully and bring the floral look inside the card. I love that the inside feels decorated but still practical, because there’s a nice large space to write a note. Fun folds are wonderful, but they still need room for the “actual words” part.
