The third card in my Branching Out Card Class @ Home is rich with festive charm and texture! It features the Branching Out Bundle, the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper (DSP), and the Streaked Dots Embellishments. This card’s design starts with a bold color combination of Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, and the deep, wintry tones of the Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP. The Designer Series Paper provides a gorgeous background that shines through a die-cut window made with the Branching Out Dies. This “window” technique frames the DSP beautifully, giving the card a rich, dimensional look that’s perfect for the holidays.
The Branching Out Bundle makes this design come alive! I die-cut several sprigs and pine branches from Old Olive and Pecan Pie cardstock, layering them behind the sentiment to create a lush arrangement of foliage. For an extra touch of sparkle and elegance, I added a few gold branches—these subtle metallic accents elevate the entire card.
The sentiment, “From Our Family to Yours,” is stamped in Cherry Cobbler onto a circle cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies. I accented the edges of the sentiment circle with stamped pine branches and cones from the Branching Out Stamp Set for a soft, finished look. Finally, I sprinkled a few Streaked Dots Embellishments for a warm, polished touch that ties everything together.
Instead of stamping the inside of the card like I did on the other two cards, I added a strip of the same design paper from the Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP along the bottom part of the Basic White layer.
