Here’s the second card from my Branching Out Card Class @ Home, and this one features a fun double-time stamping technique! I used the beautiful Branching Out Bundle and finished it off with a few Streaked Dots Embellishments for a warm, rustic touch. The Branching Out Bundle really shines on this card. I stamped the branch in Early Espresso and added pine needles in Old Olive to create a realistic, nature-inspired background. What makes this card special is the double-time stamping technique. The focal layer and its frame are both cut with dies from the Branching Out Dies, allowing you to stamp across the layers at the same time. When you separate and mat them, the design lines up perfectly—creating that seamless, dimensional look!
To add even more texture and warmth, I used Pecan Pie cardstock for the die-cut frames and layered them over a Secret Sea card base. The rich blue background really makes the greens and browns pop.
The “Hello” sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso on a die-cut banner made with the Stylish Shapes Dies—a staple in my crafting toolbox! I tucked a few die-cut pine sprigs behind the banner for extra depth and finished it off with a few Streaked Dots Embellishments for a subtle wood-like accent.
I stamped a similar pine branch onto the left side of the inside layer to coordinate with the rest of the card.
