The second project from my Pine Tree Trimmings Card Class @ Home is all about classic holiday elegance! The O Christmas Tree card layers three trees in different shades of green for a beautiful, timeless look that will make your mantel or mailbox shine.

The Pine Tree Trimmings Bundle made this design so simple — each tree is stamped and die-cut for perfect alignment every time. I used Old Olive, and Mossy Meadow cardstocks to create depth and contrast with the two end trees, and stamped the middle tree with Old Olive ink onto Basic White cardstock.
Behind the trees, I used a softly embossed background to bring subtle texture and elegance. I lightly blended a bit of soft Basic Beige ink over the raised areas to highlight the foliage pattern. A bit of twine and a delicate sentiment banner with “O Christmas Tree” finish it off beautifully.
This is one of those cards that looks like it took hours, but with the right tools, it’s quick and fun to make!
I stamped the tree stamp I used on the right tree on the front of the card onto the inside layer using the same Mossy Meadow ink to finish off the card off beautifully.
