Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day
TOMORROW, July 19, 2023!

As promised in yesterday's post of the FIRST CARD in my class, today's card focuses on the horse & sleigh stamp and die in the Horse & Sleigh Bundle. It's too long for a portrait card, but it's perfect for a landscape card (it's just under 5" x 2-1/4").

See the silvery shine the sleigh runner and the top, curved edge has? These were made with two of the dies in the Horse & Sleigh Dies (part of the bundle) and the mirrored charcoal foil paper in the Silver Foil Specialty Pack. This foil paper is no longer in a catalog, but it is in the Online Exclusives section, just like the One Horse Open Sleigh Suite. This is the suite the Horse & Sleigh Bundle is, BTW.

Once again, I used the coordinating One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper (DSP) in the suite. I could have easily covered the whole base layer with the DSP, but I wanted to be able to make 2 cards out of one of the 6" x 6" sheets in the DSP. I actually think I like this a little better than using most of a DSP sheet. The Boho Blue base layer helps make the horse & sleigh show up better, and I like the extra layers.

Like I said yesterday, this DSP is not available right now, but it will be back very soon. Stampin' Up! is expecting a shipment of this wonderful paper sometime next week!

For each of my Card Class @ Homes, I pick out one embellishment for all three cards, and I chose the Adhesive-Backed Snowflakes Assortment from the suite. There are gold, white, & copper snowflakes in this assortment, and there are three sizes in each color. This time, I used one each size of the white snowflakes. These go perfectly with blues in the card. The Adhesive-Backed Snowflake Assortment is NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code NMSTR67C, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Adhesive-Backed Snowflake Assortment Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

I stamped the tree from the outside of the card onto the inside of the card, but I also stamped the little ground-like stamp onto the bottom of it to make it look like it's on a little snowhill.

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.

Come Back Tomorrow for the Last Card of the Class
