How to Make 3 Different Cards With One Easy Card Sketch - Live Replay

Happy Monday, everyone! Today's post covers the Facebook/YouTube Live I did last Friday, and you can watch it below. I used retiring products on all three cards, but I did even more than that. ALL three cards were made using the same card sketch!

As you can see, it's a super easy card sketch. In the video below, I show how I used the sketch to make three, totally different cards with it.

The first card I made uses the card sketch without any changes. It features the beautiful Accented Blooms Stamp Set, along with the Layered Leaves 3D Embossing Folder and Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP). All three items are retiring, and so far, they're all still available to purchase.

I picked the colors out of the Pressed Petals DSP. Aren't they beautiful together?

The above picture shows how I decorated the inside of the card. The border was made with a couple little stamps that are in the Accented Blooms set. Two stamps that I've neglected to use before now. I think they made a pretty border.

Dimensions:

Rococo Rose: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" (card base)
Crumb Cake: 4" x 5-1/4" (embossed layer)
Night of Navy: 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" (image layer mat) & 2-1/8" x 5-1/4" (DSP mat)
Whisper White: 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" (image layer) 4" x 5-1/4" (inside), & scraps (greeting)
Pressed Petals DSP: 2" x 5-1/4"

I rotated the sketch to come up with the second card I made in the video below. The retiring products it features are the Kindness & Compassions Stamp Set (annual catalog), Peaceful Poppies Elements (mini catalog), and Peaceful Poppies DSP (mini catalog). So far, all three items are still available to purchase.

This card is super easy to make, and using the Peaceful Poppies Elements makes it super quick to make, too!

I even added one of the Peaceful Poppies Elements to the inside of the card!

Dimensions:

Poppy Parade: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (card base)
Old Olive: 5-1/4" x 4" (base layer)
Whisper White: 5-1/4" x 4" (inside)
Peaceful Poppies DSP: 5-1/4" x 2"
Peaceful Poppies Elements: 3 flower elements and 2 black, embossed elements

I did a mirror-image of the card sketch on the last card in the video. It features the Honey Bee Bundle (Honey Bee stamp set and Detailed Bees Dies), Mosaic 3D Embossing Folder, Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP, & Crushed Curry 3/8" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. So far, all of these products are still available, too.

I'm REALLY going to miss the Honey Bee Bundle! It's so much to fun to play with. I've made a shaker card with it, and I'll be posting it, along with a video tutorial for it, very soon.

The greetings on the outside and inside of the card are from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set from the January - June 2020 Mini Catalog. I'm happy to say this set will be in the new 2020-2021 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.
