12 Week of Fall & Halloween 2018 - Week #6

It's time for another 12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween project, and it goes along with my Fall Theme Week. This week's project is a little treat bag project. You can fit quite a bit of candy in this little bag. Of course, a little gift fits, too.

The bag I used is a Santa's Bag from the Stampin' Up!® Holiday catalog. I also used the Falling For Leaves Bundle, which includes the Falling For Leaves Stamp Set and the Detailed Leaves Thinlits Dies. Take a close look at that doily! It's a little hard to tell in the pictures, but it's a shiny copper doily. I know we don't sell copper doilies, but we do sell Pearlized Doilies. I turned one of these doilies into a copper one. It's super easy, and I'll show you how to do it in the video below. I'll also teach you how to stamp on the fabric Santa's Bags, and teach you an easy way to use Stampin' Up!'s Metallic Thread.

I learned the easier way to use this thread on the Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Planning Place Facebook Group. This is an exclusive group Stampin' Up! started for all of its demonstrators. It's where all of us demonstrators can give each other ideas and tips. That's one of the great things about being a Stampin' Up! demo...all the support we give each other! I wish I could find the post again, because I'd love to give this demonstrator her credit, but I can't find it. If someone knows, please let me know so I can give her credit. 😊

The supply list for this project is at the bottom of this post. If you click on any of the product pictures, it'll take you to that item at my Online Store.
