I used the jug on the FIRST CARD in the class, and I used the teapot on the SECOND CARD. This time, I used them both! I actually used all of the stamps in the bundle on the cards in this class, except for the line stamp and one of the small sentiment stamps.
Once again, I used the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the Crumb Cake layer. Wasn't I right? This embossing folder is perfect with the other products in the Country Woods Suite!
Once again, I used both the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Country Lace DSP from the suite. I die-cut the teapot out of a piece of Country Lace DSP, and I die-cut the two layers on the jug with paper from the Country Woods DSP. I used another piece of the Country Woods DSP to stamp the stool on. I then die-cut it out with its coordinating die from the Country Flowers Dies in the bundle.
The embellishment pack I chose to feature in this class is the new Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls. These pearls are also in the Country Woods Suite. They're adhesive-backed and each color comes in two sizes. I finally used the Basic Gray pearls in the pack (2 large & 1 small). The Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...
If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code DY6QJEVU, by May 8th, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!
I stamped the teapot stamp and the same floral stamp as the front of the card onto the inside Crumb Cake layer using Early Espresso ink. Another thing I love about these stamps is that there is no line across the top of the teapot and the jug stamps. This way, when you stamp the flowers or leaves on top, you don't have a line going through them. If you don't want to put anything on top of the teapot or jug, you can use the line stamp in the stamp set across the top to finish them off.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
I Hope You Enjoyed My Country Flowers Card Class @ Home!
