Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day
TOMORROW, July 3, 2024
As promised, I made a smaller pinwheel with the stand-alone pinwheel die in the Round We Go Bundle. This time, it's a 2" one. I also used two other stand-alone dies in the bundle to make the two other pinwheels on the card. I think these two dies could be used to make flowers & fireworks, too! These were the last two dies I hadn't used yet, so I was able to use ALL of the dies in the bundle. If you missed the other two cards' posts, you can see them by CLICKING HERE and CLICKING HERE.
I wasn't able to use all of the sentiment stamps in this class, but I was able to use all of the image stamps. There was one last image stamp from the bundle I hadn't used yet, and I used it to make the Petal Pink border along the bottom of the Basic White layer.
There's another embossing folder I think looks great with this bundle. It's the new Cute Crochet 3D Embossing Folder from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. There are circular, crochet designs in the embossing folder, and they go so well with the pinwheels.
I used the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper (DSP) to make the Petal Pink pinwheel. The Balmy Blue patterned paper along the bottom of the card is from the Dandy Designs DSP, too! Don't Forget... you can find this DSP in the Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack!
If You Like This DSP, Don't Wait Too Long to Get It!
It's only available while supplies last. Once it sells out, it'll be gone forever!
I needed a ribbon strip to go along the top of the Balmy Blue DSP layer, and I knew right away that it needed to be the Iridescent Striped Trim! This ribbon and the Iridescent Faceted Gems are definitely must-haves. The ribbon isn't available right now, but it's supposed to be back in stock sometime next week (week of July 1st).
The embellishments I chose for this class are the Iridescent Faceted Gems. I love how well these gems coordinate with the pinwheels! These gems come in two different sizes. I put a large gem onto the center of both of the smaller pinwheels, and then added a small gem underneath the sentiment. The Iridescent Faceted Gems are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...
If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code NN7CRWBD, by July 3rd, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Iridescent Faceted Gems Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!
I made a border along the top of the inside layer using the asterisks stamp and the slash border stamp. I usually put borders along the bottom of an inside layer, but I like this one better on the top.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
I Hope You Enjoyed my Round We Go Card Class @ Home!
