Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day

I've had this bundle for a few months, now, and I've only used it once when I made my hubby's anniversary card last May. I've been dying to use it again ever since. The first thing that caught my eye when this bundle came out was the wonderful stamp that has pine trees and a curved side so it can be stamped along the bottom, left of the twig circle. I also loved the tree dies that made the trees on the outside of my circular "window", too.

There are two dies that die-cut both sides of the twig wreath image, and I show how easy it is to line the dies up in the video above. Stampin' Up! thought of everything! I loved being able make a circular "window" in the  Misty Moonlight base layer and I also loved adding the twig wreath around the opening, too.

I usually pick out a Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack to feature in my CC@Hs, but this time, I only used DSP on one of my cards, and you'll see it on Sunday when I post about my second card. There just wasn't a good place to put it on this card. I really like how the embossing looks on the Misty Moonlight base layer, and I didn't want to cover any of it up. I once again used an embossing folder that is coming out in the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog. It's the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder, and it's perfect for this pretty night scene. Don't worry that you can't get it right now. If you get my card kits, I'll do the embossing for you.

I wanted to put something across the bottom of the tree die-cuts I put along the bottom of my "window". At first, I was going to use DSP, but I didn't like the look. I then thought of a ribbon that is also a part of Stampin' Up!'s Online Exclusives like the Encircled in Nature Bundle. It's the Natural Polka Dot Trim, and I think it worked out great. One side of this trim has polka dots, and the other side is just burlap, so you can get two different looks with it. This time, I wanted to use the polka dot side.

As always, I picked out an embellishment pack to use on all three cards in my class, and I chose the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. These pretty gems come in Black, Champagne, & White, and there are two sizes in each color. On my card today, I used two large black gems, and put one on each end of my sentiment label, which was die-cut out with the a die from the new Iconic Imagery Dies from the Online Exclusives. I'll die-cut this label for the card kits, by the way. The Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code FYJKG2N2, by July 31st, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

For the inside of my card, I stamped the stamp that either looks like wildflowers or wheat along the right edge of the Basic White inside layer using Night of Navy ink. It made such a pretty border!

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
