Like I said in yesterday's post, the animals in this bundle are SO adorable! The FIRST CARD featured the cute beaver, and today's card features this cutie pie bear. I love how happy he looks with his honey pot. Notice the tree limb, leaves, hive, and the die-cut behind the bear? These were made with stand-alone dies that are in the Fluffiest Friends Dies in the bundle. I don't normally die-cut with the dies from the featured bundle, but I did decide to die-cut the embossed piece behind the bear for the card kits this time.
Since the Fluffiest Friends Stamp set does not have any sentiments, I chose one sentiment stamp set that would work for all three cards, and it's called Timeless Arrangements. This set is in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. I just used the stamp set, but I want to let you know there is a die-set by the same name that coordinates with it. If you want both, make sure to use the bundle item # so you can save 10%!
Once again, I used the Brights 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the annual catalog. With this card layout, I was able to show off three of the four designs in the paper. The only design I didn't use was a diagonal, striped one, and I used the Daffodil Delight version of the three designs I did use.
The embossing folder I used on the Crumb Cake piece is from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. These folders are also a part of Stampin' Up!'s Online Exclusives. It's a set of three embossing folders, and I use them ALL of the time!
As with all of the cards in this class, I used the Glossy Dots Assortment from the annual catalog. The four colors in the pack are perfect for the Brights DSP, and each color comes in three different sizes. On this card, I used one each size of the Daffodil Delight gems. I LOVE the glossy-look of these gems, and the picture does a pretty good job at showing how they shine in the light. The Glossy Gems Assortment is NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...
If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code QWCGZK9X, by December 20th, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Glossy Dots Assortment Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!
I also love the little bees stamp that is in the stamp set, and I stamped it once on the bottom, left corner and again on the top, right corner of the inside layer. I then colored them in with the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
Come Back Tomorrow for the Last Card of the Class
