Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day

For this card, I used the cute rhino & birds stamp. Have I said yet how cute these animals are? Every single one is so adorable!

To color these cutie pies, I once again used Watercolor Pencils. On the FIRST CARD, I just colored the images in with the pencils. On this one, I added a Blender Pen to get a watercolor look. You can learn how I did it in the video above. Here are the watercolor pencils I used:

  1. Assortment 1 - Basic Gray, Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, & Real Red
  2. Assortment 2 - Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Garden Green, Crushed Curry, & Night of Navy

I used the Merry Bold & Beautiful Designer Series Paper (DSP) on this card. This is the DSP I chose to use on all three of this class's cards. I just love this "Fa La La La La" design. Can't you imagine the birds & rhino singing along! LoL

The greeting is actually one long stamp. It was too long for what I wanted to do, so after I stamped the greeting, I cut it apart, intentionally cutting on a slant. It's just another way you can use the long greeting stamps.

The embellishment I'm featuring for this Card Class @ Home is the 2022-2024 In Color Pearls from the annual catalog. These In Colors aren't the exact colors in the DSP, but they still coordinate great with it. I again used the Sweet Sorbet Pearls in the pack. I paired this color with Melon Mambo on the first card, but this time, I paired them with Poppy Parade. I love that these pearls can coordinate with other colors, too. The 2022-2024 In Color Pearls are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code SX97BFRT, by December 6th, You'll Get a Full Pack of the 2022-2024 In Color Pearls Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

There is a little bird stamp in the set, too, and I decided to stamp it on the inside of the card. I colored him in just like one of the birds from the outside of the card.

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.

Come Back Tuesday for the Last Card of the Class

I just found out that the Merry Bold & Bright DSP has sold out and no longer available, so I can't add it to the list below.
