Isn't that tree beautiful? One of the ladies that commented during the Live said that it has a calming look to it, and she's right! This whole set has a calming look to it, and I love it! It's easy to color, too.
I like how the three images on this card are the growth stages of a tree. I had fun coming up with this card layout to go along with that. You can make so many different encouraging cards with this set!
The DSP pack I picked out for all three cards in this class is the Happy Forest Friends DSP. I think it goes so well with this stamp set!

Once again, I used my go-to die set, Stylish Shapes. This die set has been so popular that it has been out of stock a few times, but I'm happy to report that this die set is in stock again! I used the square & banner dies in the set. There are also circle dies...I'll be using those on the last card in this class.
For each of my Card Class @ Homes, I also pick out one embellishment for all three cards. This time, I chose the retired Pearl Basic Jewels. Yes, I said retired. I just checked, and they're sold out! I'm glad I got them before they were gone. There are three different sizes of the pearls in the pack, and I used the large and medium ones on today's card. The Pearl Basic Jewels are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

Since I colored everything on the outside of the card, I decided to stamp the little tree with Old Olive ink so I wouldn't have to color it in. Of course, you can still stamp it with Early Espresso ink and color it in, if you want to.
I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.
