Here's the second card for my current Free Card Class @ Home. I always have one of my class cards teach a fun fold or technique, and this one is an Offset Overlay Fun Fold Card.
I start my weekly Card Class @ Home every Thursday, and they end on the following Wednesday. The Free class video is my weekly Thursday Live on my Facebook Page and YouTube Channel @ 7:30 pm (ET). It's happened again! I got this bundle because I thought it was cute, but once I start using it, I fell in LOVE with it! The Share a Milkshake Bundle is so adorable and so much fun to play with. As of right now, I've only made the three cards for this class with it, but I think this would be a GREAT bundle for scrapbook pages, too!
I used my favorite design in the Brights 6" x 6" DSP. The gingham is perfect for this bundle! I used the Flirty Flamingo gingham for this card. The embossed cardstock is Blushing Bride Cardstock, and I think it matches pretty good with it, too.
Speaking of the embossed layer, I used another of the embossing folders in the Basics 3D Embossing Folders from Stampin' Up!'s Online Exclusives. There are 3 folders all together, and I'm using each one for this class's cards. I used the large, polka dot folder on the first card, and you can see it by CLCIKING HERE. You'll be able to see the third embossing folder in the pack when I post the last card in the class on Wednesday. Don't Forget...I do the embossing for you, so you don't have to own these embossing folders to make the cards.
The picture above shows how the Offset Overlay card works. I think this fun fold is perfect with the milkshake. I decided to add a circle behind it, because it really helped showcase the milkshake better. I love how it hangs over the overlay part of the card like it does. Don't worry if you don't have the Stylish Shapes Dies...I do the die-cutting for you on everything but the stamped images, so the circles will be included in the card kits.
Like the DSP, I pick one embellishment to use on all three of my Card Class @ Home cards, and this time I chose the Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems from the mini catalog. They really look good with this bundle! I used the Fresh Freesia & White gems on this card. The Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems are not included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

Here's a picture of the card completely open. All I did was add another strip of that cute Flirty Flamingo gingham paper across the bottom of the inside of the overlay, and I was done.
