12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween 2020 - Week #4

I'm finally back with another 12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween. I had planned on only being a week late, and get this posted last Tuesday. This cold took longer to get over than I thought it would. LoL I'll post Week #5 this coming Tuesday, so I'll be back on schedule.

I made these quick & easy candy bar holders with the Celebration Tidings Bundle from the Stampin' Up! August - December 2020 Mini Catalog. I didn't have any full-size candy bars in the house, but I did have a Nutrigrain bar. LoL

This is the candy bar holder I made in the video below. It's hard to tell in this picture, but the Whisper White layer is embossed with the Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder. The largest label die layer was made with the Magic in This Night Designer Series Paper (DSP).

The ribbon is from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. It's called Black Glittered Organdy. I love this black ribbon with that Pretty Peacock DSP!

I wanted to see what this would look like with the Black Glitter Paper. I like this version, too. I used the Metallic Mesh Ribbon on this one, and I think it looks GREAT with the glitter paper!

Here's what the back of the candy bar treat holder looks like. I kept the back pretty simple, but you could add some spiders and the greeting, if you want more on it.

I wanted to make sure you saw the holder from the side, too. The candy bar slides out easily, so the person you give it to won't have to untie the bow to get to it.

This picture shows the Cobwebs embossing a little better. It looked too plain before I embossed it. The embossing really topped it off.

Dimensions:
  • Magic in This Night DSP (or the glitter paper):  6-1/2" x 4-3/4" (largest label die)
  • Whisper White:  5-1/2" x 4-1/4" (2nd largest label die)
  • Smoky Slate:  scrap piece
  • Black Glittered Ribbon:  15"
  • Iridescent Pearls:  2
