Happy Monday, everyone! I know it's hard to believe, but August ends tomorrow! That means that after tomorrow, you can't order anything from the Summer Mini (except the things that made it into the big catalog), and you can't take advantage of the "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" designer paper sale! You ca…

I haven't had a Scrap In A Flash! camp for months!  I thought it was about time to offer another one.  I love scrapbooking as much as card making, but it seems like I never have time to do it.  If you have the same problem, then you might want to attend this one.  It's on Tuesday, August 30 @ 6:30 p.m.  You&#…

Happy Monday, everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  I haven't posted for a week, and have really missed it.  I'm hoping to post a lot more this week.  I'm starting off this week with today's MojoMonday sketch ( MOJO203 ).  Love this sketch! I used some of my newest toys from the new SU!…

Happy Friday, everyone!  I used the Clean & Simple card sketch (FTL150) from last Friday to make this card.  They've come out with another one today, so I'll have to try that one soon.  To see the sketch that I used, CLICK HERE . I've been dying to use one of the sets that I earned free from my Sale-…

Below are the last 2 cards that will be made at my With One Stamp Class-Strength & Hope .  The top card is actually a card that I received in a swap I was in.  I loved it so much, and I knew it would be a good one for this class.  The lady who made it is a demonstrator herself, and her name is Nancy Amato.  I did …

My next stampin' class is going to be a "With One Stamp Set" Class.  You can find out more about this class by going to MY EVENTS CALENDAR .  The stamp set that the cards will be made with is the Breast Cancer Research Foundation set, Strength & Hope (p. 27 in the Summer Mini).  I picked this set,…

Yesterday was my oldest child's 20th birthday.  I can't believe my baby is no longer a teenager.  The time sure goes by fast!  This is the birthday card I made her yesterday.  Her favorite color is purple, so, of course, I had to put a lot of purple in it.  I CASEd a card made by Connie Babbert when making th…

Happy Monday, everyone!  I finally had time to do a MojoMonday sketch!  This is MOJO197 .  I really like making square cards.  This one measures 4-1/4" x 4-1/4", so it fits in one of Stampin' Up!'s regular medium envelopes (A2 envelope). The set I used is Strength & Hope (p. 27 in the Summer M…

Happy Monday, everyone!  I wanted to show all of you the card I made my dad for Father's Day yesterday.  I used the stamp set, The Open Sea (p. 9), from the Summer Mini.  The picture didn't turn out very well, because I had to take the picture inside.  The lighting in my office isn't very good.  The color…

Happy Thursday, everyone!  Today's card is the card that my Technique Stamp Club will be making at their last monthly get-together.  The technique is called "Burnishing."  I really love this way of coloring in stamped images.  As I said, this is the last technique my current club will be learning, but I …

I just realized that I never posted the card that I made my mom for Mother's Day.  I used one of my favorite stamp sets from the Summer Mini on her card... Flower Fest (p. 20).  I love the texture that these flowers have.  They are pretty colored in and not colored in as shown with this card. It's hard to t…

Before I get to the card, I want to let those of you that have been in the path of these horrible tornadoes know that you are all in my prayers.  I pray that God will give you strength to get through the hardships you're going through, and that you'll feel his arms wrapped around you. Now, to today's car…
