Happy Monday, everyone! I know it's hard to believe, but August ends tomorrow! That means that after tomorrow, you can't order anything from the Summer Mini (except the things that made it into the big catalog), and you can't take advantage of the "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" designer paper sale! You can see the Summer Mini items HERE, and you can see the designer paper sale HERE.
The stamp set I used on today's card is one of the sets from the Summer Mini that won't be available after tomorrow. It's called On the Grow (p. 14 in the Summer Mini). You can see another card that I made with this set HERE. You can also see past cards I've made with Summer Mini items HERE.
Are you wondering how I did the background? It's easy. After running the Confetti White card stock through the Big Shot (p. 215) with the Finial Press Impressions Folder (p. 219), I inked up my Brayer (p. 203) with Pool Party ink and rolled it gently across it. Make sure you don't press too hard if you try it yourself. Pressing too hard will get ink in the "valleys". You only want the ink on the raised parts.
Stamps: On the Grow
Ink: Jet Black Stazon Ink Pad; Real Red, Island Indigo, Pool Party, and Lucky Limeade Classic Ink Pads
Paper: Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, Real Red, & Confetti White card stock
Accessories: Big Shot Die-Cut Machine, Finial Press & Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folders, Brayer, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Basic Pearls Jewels, Paper Piercing Tool, Mat Pack, Stampin' Dimensionals, Aqua Painter, Neutrals & Brights Watercolor Wonder Crayons.
