Hello, everyone! Isn't this a fun card? I learned how to make this card from a video tutorial that Mary Fish made. You can see her great tutorial HERE. This card is so easy to make. I plan on making a lot more of these.
The stamp set that I used is a current hostess set, Array of Sunshine (p. 10). The greeting set is also a hostess set, and it's called Happiest Birthday Wishes (p. 10). I'm so in love with the hostess items this year. I want to get them all! I love the new hostess benefits this year, too. You're able to earn more than before, and even earn 1/2 price items with a qualifying workshop. Go to my "Earn Free SU! Stuff" page to find out more!
The designer paper that I used on this card is one of my favorites. It's called Berry Blossoms (p. 185). I really like the colors in this paper. They're so pretty together. I also used my favorite new ribbon, Wisteria Wonder 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon (p. 194). I own a couple of the colors, and can't wait to get all five.
It looks like I attached the flower on the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals in the picture, but I didn't. I just put Snail Adhesive (p. 106) on the back center of the flower, and curved the edges of the flower a little bit. The leaves are stamped directly to the square piece of Whisper White card stock, so they don't need cut out.
