I know it's hard to believe, but it's time to start making Fall cards! I'm okay with that, because Fall is my favorite season, right next to Spring. I absolutely love Fall colors, so I love making Fall projects so much. That being said, I had so much fun making these cards...my first Fall cards of the year!
In this class, I did a quick & easy card, a stepped up card, and a more avid card. I started the class off with this quick & easy card. It's just two layers of cardstock on a card base, and the top layer is stamped.
I love the leaves in the Artistic Leaves Stamp Set. There are two leaves in the set, and each leaf includes two stamps. There are different ways to use them, and this time, I used the same ink color for each leaf. I first stamped the main leaf stamp, and then I stamped the smaller, "swoosh" stamp by stamping off with the same color. You can see how I did it in the video above under the "Making First Card" video chapter. I then stamped the splatter stamp around the leaves and the sentiment. I think the splatter really finishes off the card beautifully!
As with all of my Card Class @ Homes, I'm featuring an embellishment pack in this class. This time, I'm using the Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems. The pack includes silver, light gold, and copper gems, and each color includes two sizes. On this card, I used one large and two small light gold gems.

I stamped the leaf three times for the inside of the card, and I then added some splatter. I decided to make the leaves all Cajun Craze, but it would look great if they were all different colors, too.
