Welcome to the One Stamp At a Time Blog Hop! I'm so glad to have you here at Create With Christy! We blog hop every month, and this month, our theme is Pick Two & Something New - Projects that include two Stampin' Up! Core Colors and one new In Color.
My two core colors are actually new, too. I picked Pretty Peacock from the Regals Collection (it's a returning In Color) and Pecan Pie from the Neutrals Collection (a brand new color). The new 2023-2025 In Color I chose was Copper Clay.

You might be thinking, wait, you used three core colors! Well, we weren't supposed to have neutrals count towards the count, and I'm using Crumb Cake as my neutral instead of Basic White or Very Vanilla. I need to use it as a neutral more often! It's a perfect neutral for rustic cards. The Crumb Cake look great with the other colors I used, too. I need to remember this color combo for future projects!
When I first looked at the catalog, the Rustic Elegance Suite stood out to me. I couldn't wait to get it, and these are actually the first projects I've made with it. The suite includes the Earthen Textures Stamp Set, Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (DSP), & Natural Wavy Trim. I didn't use the trim on my card, but you will find it on my coordinating gift tag below.
Of course, I had to pair the DSP and bundle with the new Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder. This embossing folder is a must-have!
I had fun decorating the inside of my card, too. Don't you just love that pot? It, and the one on the front, were made with the Earthen Elegance DSP and the Earthen Textures Dies. The tall vase on the front of the card was made with another design in the same DSP pack & the dies, too. I'm so in LOVE with this DSP!
I made a little gift tag to go along with the thank you card. It can be added to a thank you gift so the gift coordinates with the card. The two tag layers were made with the Something Fancy Dies from the annual catalog. The smaller tag layer is a piece of Vellum cardstock. I embossed it, and the Pretty Peacock base tag, with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, too. You can also see the cool Natural Wavy Trim I was talking about earlier on the top of the tag.
