Nature's Prints Card Class @ Home - Card #1

Here's the first card for my newest Free Card Class @ Home. This class features the beautiful Nature's Prints Stamp Set & Natural Prints Dies from the new Stampin' Up! 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.

I start my weekly Card Class @ Home every Thursday, and they end on the following Wednesday. The Free class video is my weekly Thursday Live on my Facebook Page and YouTube Channel @ 7:30 pm (ET). The Nature's Prints Stamp Set & Natural Prints Dies came out in last year's annual catalog, but I kept putting off getting them. They had been on my wish list for awhile, and I finally decided to get them in April. I wish I hadn't waited so long, because this stamp set & dies are wonderful!

I didn't use any Designer Series Paper (DSP) on the first card of the class...it didn't need any. The stamps are so beautiful in this set! I really like the splatter stamp in the set. It's not like other splatter stamps, and that's what I like about it. I really love how the splatters look behind the foliage. It's perfect!

For each of my Card Class @ Homes, I pick out one embellishment for all three cards. This time, I chose the Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels. The iridescent look of these pearls is so pretty, and they look great with this stamp set. There are 2 different sizes in the pack, and I used five small pearls on today's card. The Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

Since this card has a Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock base, I didn't need to add a cardstock layer to the inside. I still wanted to decorate it, so I stamped the largest foliage stamp onto the bottom, right corner.
