I stated yesterday that I used the largest flower stamp in the Artistically Inked stamp set on all three cards. I should have also said I used the medium-sized flower on on all three, too. I really like both of these images, and they make a great floral pairing when used together.
The SECOND CARD in the class showed how the largest flower looked stamping a flower center onto it. This time, I didn't, and it really changes the look of the flower. On the FIRST CARD, the largest flower, along with the other flowers & leaves, was stamped behind the beautiful large floral die-cut. Three totally different looks for one flower stamp.
The floral Designer Series Paper (DSP) design on the far left is what made me decide to pair the Inked Botanical DSP with this stamp set. I think the floral images in the DSP have the same look as the flowers in the stamp set. So pretty! Actually there are A LOT of current stamp sets that look good with this DSP pack.
There are only five colors in this DSP, and I got three totally different looks on all three cards. The first card used all five colors, but the last two used three of them. They were different three-color combos, though. The only color they shared was Lost Lagoon. It's hard to believe how using just two different colors changes the look so much.

For each of my Card Class @ Homes, I pick out one embellishment for all three cards. This time, I chose the new Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins. Do you have any of our sequins? They're different than most out there. They don't have holes in them like you normally see in sequins. There are two sizes of sequins in this pack, and there are four colors to choose from...gold, silver, brown, & copper. I used 1 large and 2 small gold sequins on today's card. The only color I didn't use in this class was copper. The Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added free...

I stamped the largest flower onto the inside of the card. I normally stamp on one of the bottom corners of the inside layer, but this time I decided to use the top left corner. I thought it would look nice to put it in the total opposite corner of the one on the front of the card.
