Card for a Crafty Friend -Crafting With You Bundle

This is the first card I've made with this fun bundle, and it would be perfect for anyone that does embroidery or counted cross stitch. I just love that embroidery hoop, and the scissors and spools are so cute! Speaking of the scissors, I colored the handles with a Stampin' Blend, and you can see how I did it in my video above.

I paired the bundle with the beautiful Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (DSP) & Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder. I think they look really good together. The flowers in the embroidery hoop coordinate with the flowers in the DSP beautifully!

This close-up picture really shows the detail in the spools. I love how the embossing in the die really makes it look like thread on the spools.

I also added silver pearls from the Festive Pearls to the center of the flowers, and I added one to the scissors to make it look like the screw holding the scissors together.

I love the DSP so much, I just had to put a strip of it onto the inside of the card, too.
