Paper Pumpkin Alternatives - Beary Comforting Kit

I just realized I never posted my Paper Pumpkin Alternatives for the December Kit...Beary Comforting. This kit is so cute, and I came up with these projects rather quickly. It's such an easy and fun kit to play with.

I love how many supplies you get with Paper Pumpkin Kits! As you can see above, there's always a Stampin' Spot ink pad, exclusive stamp set, adhesive, and everything else needed to make the projects.

The original cards from the kit are pictured above. Aren't they cute? The color combo for this kit is Basic Gray, Calypso Coral, Cinnamon Cider, Daffodil Delight, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Sea Foam, and white.

Here's my first card alternative. All of my alternatives use the card bases in the kit, and I used one of the Rich Razzleberry ones here.

I added a little bow using some Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon, but that was it. Everything else if from the kit.

My second card alternative uses one of the Calypso Coral card bases. I added a Rich Razzleberry strip & Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon bow, but everything else if from the kit.

Isn't it neat how the bear die-cut has a slit to put the heart in so it looks like the bear is holding it?

I just had to make an alternative card with those cute little koalas! Once again, everything is from the kit, except for the ribbon.

As you can see, the koalas have slits, too. They're perfect for them to hold the present!

Last but not least, is my "special" project. I always make one of my four Paper Pumpkin alternatives a special project...3D project or a fun fold. This one is a fun fold. It's a pop-up card. When you open it up, a little present pops up! As one of the perks for subscribing to Paper Pumpkin through me, only my subscribers can see the inside. Another perk is that they get a written tutorial for all four of my alternative projects (see below).

As you can see, I stamped the bear from the exclusive stamp set that comes in the kit, instead of a die-cut. I colored him in with some Stampin' Blends, and he's just as cute as the die-cuts.
