Season of Thanks Pumpkin Card

I'm so sorry I haven't posted for awhile. It's been crazy around here! Thankfully, I was able to fit in some project making time!

Today's card features the Come to Gather Suite, along with the Harvest Hellos Bundle. I CASEd this from a card that was made by another demonstrator that's a part of a tutorial co-op I'm in. Her name is Diane Squires. I changed it up a little bit, including color changes and stamping the pumpkin.

Dimensions:
  • Pretty Peacock:  5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (card base)
  • Crumb Cake:  5-1/4" x 3" (stitched label)
  • Soft Suede:  2" x 2" (leaf)
  • Cajun Craze:  3" x 2" (leaves)
  • Mint Macaron:  3" x 2" (pumpkin)
  • Come to Gather Designer Series Paper (DSP):  5-1/2" x 1-1/2"
  • Come to Gather Ribbon Combo Pack:  9" (Cajun Craze thread)

Instructions:
  1. Fold the Pretty Peacock piece in half (fold on top) to form the card base. Attach the DSP piece across the bottom part of the card front.
  2. Die-cut the largest die from the Stitched Nested Labels Dies out of the Crumb Cake piece. Stamp the large leaf stamp from the Gathered Together Stamp Set two times onto it using the Pretty Peacock Classic Stampin' Pad. Attach it to the upper, center of the card front.
  3. Die-cut the largest embossing, leaf die from the Gathered Leaves Dies out of the Soft Suede piece. Keep the scrap piece. Die-cut the other two embossing, leaf dies out of the Cajun Craze piece. Set aside.
  4. Ink the pumpkin stamp from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set with the Mint Macaron Classic Stampin' Pad. Stamp it onto a scrap piece of paper, and then stamp it onto one end of the Mint Macaron piece (stamp off technique). Stamp the Season of Thanks stamp from the Gathered Together Stamp Set onto the center of the pumpkin using the Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pad. Punch the pumpkin out with the Apple Builder Punch. Stamp the stem stamp from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set onto the Soft Suede scrap from above using the Early Espresso ink pad. Punch it out with the Apple Builder Punch. Attach it to the pumpkin using a Mini Glue Dot. Put two Black Stampin' Dimensionals onto the back, center of the pumpkin, and attach it to the card (see picture).
  5. Attach the leaves from Step 3 to the card, tucking the stem ends under the pumpkin. Tie the thread into a bow, and attach it to the bottom of the pumpkin stem using a Mini Glue Dot. Make sure to pinch the glue dot a bit once it's on the bow, and then attach it to the card. Trim the ends.

Use SNAIL Adhesive when attaching, unless stating otherwise.
