Bright Blossoms Congratulations

Here is another card that will be made at my Fond Farewell Stamp Camp.  I used the retiring Bright Blossoms and Sweet Essentials stamp sets on this one.  I used the retiring Gingham Garden DSP pack, too.  This card is super quick to make, and super cute.
