Happy Friday, everyone! I promised a Christmas card for today, and here is a quick and easy one. It's going to be one of the card designs for my Christmas Stamp-A-Stack on Tuesday, October 30 and Thursday, November 1. To find out more about this class, please go to my EVENTS CALENDAR.
This is the first card I've made with this beautiful set. It's called Winter Memories, and it's on p. 19 in the Holiday Catalog. The greeting comes from another Holiday Catalog stamp set, Greetings of the Season (p. 8). I stamped the greeting in VersaMark ink onto the Cherry Cobbler card base, and heat embossed it with Pewter Emboss Powder (p. 159).
I stamped the sled image with Basic Black ink onto Crumb Cake card stock. I watercolored it with Watercolor Wonder Crayons and an Aqua Painter. I really like how it looks on the Crumb Cake card stock. It really gives it a great rustic feel. The Always Artichoke card stock was embossed with the Woodgrain Impressions Folder (p. 33 in the Holiday Catalog), and then layered onto Chocolate Chip card stock.
