I've been wanting this stamp set ever since I laid eyes on it, and I finally got it! I got this idea from someone else, but I can't remember who. I wish I would have written it down so I could give her credit. If I figure it out, I will.
This is another card we'll be doing at my Christmas Card SAS II. This card was so easy. The greeting and the trees are all on one stamp. After stamping the trees and greeting with Night of Navy ink, I punched a circle out with the 1-1/4" circle punch from a post-it note, making sure that I got some of the adhesive from the post-it note. I put the post-it note circle where I wanted the moon, and then I sponged the sky with Brocade Blue ink. After sponging, I removed the circle. I love how the bird silhouette is in the moon. It's hard to tell in the picture, but I also put some Frost White Shimmer paint on the snowy hills with a sponge. A super fast card with great results!
