I had to post this card on St. Patrick's Day. It's the 11th project from the digital swap I was in. I posted one similar to this one made by another demonstrator, but this one is a little different. It was made by Monica. She used the popular Polka Dot Punches set and Delicate Dots Designer Paper Sale-A-Bration products. Very cute!
