I finally got a couple of the cards finished that will be made at my upcoming Christmas Stamp-A-Stack on Friday, November 21. To find out more, please to go my events calendar.
I love how these cards turned out. I saw someone else on Splitcoaststampers (SCS) use the Pick a Petal set to make Christmas candles, and I just had to try it! I love being able to make Christmas cards with sets that aren't actually Christmas stamp sets. I also saw the Lovely As a Tree card on SCS, and loved using non-traditional browns with it.
Supplies:
Candle Card: Pick a Petal and Holidays &Wishes sets; Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, & Whisper White cardstock; Bella Rose Designer Series Paper, Apricot Appeal & Riding Hood Red Classic Ink Pads; Chocolate Chip & Creamy Caramel Stampin' Write Markers; & Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon
Tree Card: Lovely As A Tree & Best Yet (Level One Hostess Set) sets; Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel, & Very Vanilla cardstock, Chocolate Chip Classic Ink Pad; Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon, Large Oval Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, & Stamping Sponges.
