There’s a Fun Fold Card Waiting for You Tonight at 6:30 pm (ET)!
I’ll be live on my YouTube Channel and Facebook Page making a beautiful Diagonal Center Fold Card that has a unique opening, lots of pretty detail, and that special “wow” factor we all love in handmade cards. This card is one that looks impressive, but I’ll break it down step-by-step so you can easily make one right along with me. Tonight’s card features the beautiful upcoming Heirloom Boutique Bundle, which will be available to order beginning May 5th. This bundle has a lovely timeless feel with beautiful stamped images and coordinating dies that make creating elegant handmade cards and scrapbook pages easy. The fun fold I’m making tonight is a Diagonal Center Fold Card, and it is such a treat to open. The front folds open in a unique way that gives the card wonderful dimension and makes it feel like a little gift when someone receives it. As it begins to open, you get a peek inside at the layered design, and when it is fully open, it reveals a beautifully finished inside that makes the whole card feel extra special. It’s one of those cards that gets picked up again and again because everyone wants to see how it works.
I also used the gorgeous new Bloom Boutique Designer Series Paper, another upcoming product releasing on May 5th. This paper adds so much beauty to the card with its soft floral patterns, rich detail, gold foil accents, and elegant look. The paper really shines on this fold because you get to enjoy it from several angles as the card opens. Each panel gives another peek at the beautiful paper, and it makes the whole project feel polished and coordinated.
For sparkle and finishing touches, I added the new 2026–2028 In Color Butterflies, which also release on May 5th. These pretty embellishments are the perfect little accent and add just the right touch of shine and whimsy. I also used all 5 of the brand-new 2026–2028 In Colors on tonight’s card. They are absolutely beautiful together.
