I've seen these fun fold cards many times by other people, but I found the directions on Debbie Mageed's site. When her card was closed, it was a 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" square card. I adjusted the paper sizes so it could fit into one of our Medium Envelopes. So, when my card it closed, it's a regular-sized 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card.
Debbie didn't include the name of this fun fold in her post, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. It closes like a gatefold, and when you open it up, the center part of the card is popped up. So, I'm calling it the Gatefold Pop-Up Card. If anyone knows the correct name for this fun fold, please comment below to let me know! 😁
The back of the card is decorated, too. I used the same papers from the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper (DSP) as on the front, but instead of putting an image onto the center of it, I put a sentiment on the section to the left of the center. Then I attached a blank arch onto the section to the right of the center so a note can be written to whoever receives the card. All of the wonderful arches were made with the Everyday Arches Dies, by the way.
I wanted to color the main floral image so they would resemble the flowers in the DSP pieces on the end sections of the card. I colored the flowers using Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends along with the Color Lifer Stampin' Blend. I love the white highlights I was able to make on this card. I colored the leaves and the flower centers with Secret Sea Stampin' Blends.

As I promised in the video, I've made a project sheet that includes the paper dimensions for this fun fold card. You can save it and/or print it off, get your supplies together, and then watch the video above to make this Gatefold Pop-Up card along with me. Oh, yeah, the project sheet also includes links to all of the supplies I used, too.
