Last night was my first Live in my new format. The first Thursday of the month will be a Card Class @ Home, and the other weekly Thursday Lives will be different projects like fun fold cards, a project teaching a stampin' technique, Paper Pumpkin Alternatives, etc.
Here's the Live That Teaches How to Make the Tri-Fold Accordion Card:

This is the actual card I made in the video above, and I also show two different cards I made using the same fun fold. This fun fold is the Tri-Fold Accordion Card. It's the first time I've made one of these cards, and I'm happy with how they turned out. It's not a hard fun fold, either. The picture above shows what the card looks like closed.
Here's a picture of the card completely opened up. I used the wonderful Shepherd's Care Stamp Set from the Stampin' Up! September-December 2024 Mini Catalog (Holiday Mini).
Here's the middle layer of the card. As you can see, I used one of the gold foil patterns from the DSP on this layer. This DSP piece can also be seen from the front when the card is closed. If you want to see all of the patterns in the DSP pack, click on it in the supply list below.
Last, but not least, here's the bottom layer of the card. Since I put a sentiment on each layer, I was able to use all of the sentiments in the stamp set. Take a look at the detail in all of the image stamps, too. You only need to stamp them once to get that detail, too! I didn't do any coloring at all (even on the shepherd image on the top layer).
Instead of just listing the measurements in the post, I've made a free project sheet that lists all of the measurements for you. You can save or print it off, get your supplies together, and then watch the video above to make the card along with me.
