Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day

As I said in my last post, I'm using a different magnolia on each of my Magnolia Mood Bundle cards. The FIRST CARD'S magnolia was made with the large magnolia stamp in the bundle. On this card, I made the magnolia with the stand-alone dies in the die-set in the bundle. These die-cuts can pass for flowers other than magnolias, so I changed mine by using Lost Lagoon to color them. I used all of the stand-alone dies on this card, and die-cut them out of Basic White Cardstock. I colored them by watercoloring them with ink refills and Water Painters. You can see how I did it in the video above.

The Designer Series Paper (DSP) strips on this card are again from the Hello, Irresistible DSP. This DSP came out in the first set of Stampin' Up! Online Exclusives last year. There are so many great designs in this DSP pack. You can see pictures of all of the designs in the DSP pack by CLICKING HERE.

The metallic strips you see along both DSP strips is the Matte Rose Gold Paper in the Rose Gold Specialty Paper pack.

The featured embellishments for this CC@H are the Blooming Pearls. These pearls aren't in a catalog right now, but they are in the online store (link in supply list below). There are four colors of pearls in the pack, and each color comes in two sizes. The colors are Garden Green, Pretty Peacock, Petal Pink, & gold. This time, I used the Pretty Peacock pearls on this card. The Blooming Pearls are NOT included in the card kits, but you can get them added FREE...

If You Place a $50 Order (before shipping & tax), Using Host Code 6JZ7DUTU, by March 20th, You'll Get a Full Pack of the Blooming Pearls Added to Your Card Kits for FREE!

Usually, I either stamp or put a strip of DSP onto the inside layer of the card. This time I did BOTH! Originally, I was just going to put the DSP strip on, but it looked too plain. Adding the small magnolia image onto it was the perfect touch it needed.

I have a list of supplies you'll need to make the cards in the class (ink pads, adhesive, etc), and you can see it by CLICKING HERE. You can substitute with products you have on hand, too. You can see what comes in the class's card kits in the video above.

Come Back Tuesday for the Last Card of the Class
