When to Use, And When Not To Use, the Host Code
- You need to use the host code on orders of $45-$149.99 to get the class's card kits FREE.
- Don't use the Host Code if your order is $150 or more (before shipping & tax) so you'll get the Stampin' Rewards from Stampin' Up! AND the supplies for the class Free. If you DO NOT want to receive the card supplies, please CONTACT ME to let me know you don't wish to receive them.
Don't Forget! Orders Need to Be Placed by the End of the Day on February 1, 2023!
Today, I'm sharing the first card I made in my Card Class @ Home video above. This card highlights the flower images on one of the paper designs in the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Sale-A-Bration. Isn't that flower die-cut gorgeous? I die-cut it out with one of the dies in the bundle. I love it when the dies coordinate with the DSP, too!
There's only one way to get a pack of the Favored Flowers DSP.
Place a $50 order (before shipping & tax) during Sale-A-Bration,
and you can choose this DSP as your FREE Sale-A-Bration item.
Don't Forget to Use Host Code W6NBZECN So You Can Get the Card Class @ Home Supplies!
I also used the new Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder from the Mini Catalog. I've used this folder many times already...I love it! I could have used a plain piece of Fresh Freesia for this layer, but I think the embossing makes the card look so much better!
In my video above, I forgot to shorten the label die-cut for the "Hello". The label has been shortened in the pictures above. I do show how to shorten it when I make the second card (I'll post about it this weekend), and the label will be shortened if you get the card supplies.
I used the Elegant Faceted Gems on all three card in this Card Class @ Home. I used the clear ones on today's card.
Don't Forget!
If You Bump Your Order Up to $60 (before shipping & tax), I'll Add the Elegant Faceted Gems to Your Card Kits FREE!
I stamped the smaller flower in the stamp set on the inside of the card. I stamped it with Blackberry Bliss ink. I think it looks pretty just stamped in another color...you don't always have to color them in.
I kept the ink pads I used on the three cards down to only 4. If you missed seeing the list of the supplies I used that aren't a part of supplies offered in the Free Card Class @ Home, you can see them by CLICKING HERE. You can see what actually comes in the class's card supplies in the video above.
Unlike the other cards I make for my blog, I don't share the paper dimensions for my Card Class @ Home cards. Those that order to get the free supplies will get the dimensions in the pdf I'll send them. I am sharing the supply list for the card below.
Come Back Sunday for the Second Class Card I Made!
Note: There are two Fragrant Flowers Bundles listed, because there are two options available. The first one listed is photopolymer (clear stamps), and the second one listed is Cling (rubber stamps).
FYI: Both sets are mounted on clear acrylic blocks.
