Hues of Happiness Congratulations Card

I've been waiting to share this card until the Happiness Abounds Bundle was back in stock, and now I can! The bundle is now available to purchase again! Happy dance!

I think this card would make a great wedding/engagement congratulations card, but it would be good for any kind of congratulations card, too.

The Happiness Abounds Bundle is part of the Hues of Happiness Suite in the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. There are two other items in this bundle, and I used both of them...Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper (DSP) & Glossy Dots Assortment.

I'm so glad we don't have to fussy cut those leaves and flowers! As you can see, the Blossoming Happiness Dies in the Happiness Abounds Bundle die-cut the images out beautifully. Take a look at the die-cut background on the Basic White layer. It's the perfect accent for this card. A plain Basic White layer wouldn't have looked near as nice.

Remember, when you purchase bundles, rather than purchasing the two bundle items separately, you save 10%!

The floral paper from the Hues of Happiness DSP really brightens up the card base. I love the colors in it! So pretty! Having just a Pool Party card base would have made it look so plain!

How about that bling? There are four colors in the Glossy Dots Assortment...Gorgeous Grape, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, & Pool Party (see the header picture above). The colors are beautiful, and I could have used more than one color, but opted to use only the Pool Party ones. I used all three sizes of this color. The picture actually shows the shimmer these dots have pretty good. They're GORGEOUS!

I wanted a subtle flower image for the inside of my card, so I decided to stamp the flower and leaves with color ink, instead of black. The flower is stamped in Pool Party, and the leaves are stamped in Granny Apple Green.
