I finally got to play with my Hello Pumpkin Paper Pumpkin kit yesterday, and I had so much fun! This is such a cute kit! The projects are cracker boxes, but I've made four different alternative projects using items in the kit.
First off, the cracker boxes. I made one each of the cracker boxes. The one above is one of the Halloween versions. You can make so many different cracker boxes with this kit!
The Fall version cracker box I made is above. They thought of everything. The cracker boxes are double-sided, and you pick the side you want to use. As you can see, I used the striped, Pumpkin Pie side on my Halloween one, and I used the checkered, Cajun Craze side on my Fall one.
Now, It's Time For My Alternative Projects
I cut up only one of the cracker boxes for all four of my projects, plus some of the die-cut elements from the kit. All of the stamping was done with the exclusive stamp set that came in the kit. I was super excited when I was able to use only one of the cracker boxes for all four of my alternatives.
The first three alternative projects I made are cards. For the Halloween card above, I used the witch's hat die-cut, along with some others from the kit. I also used the Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder from the Stampin' Up! August - December 2020 Mini Catalog.
My Fall card features the double-pumpkin die-cut in the kit, along with some leaves and other die-cuts. The ribbon I used is the Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon from the Stampin' Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. How about the embossing! I love the Textured Textile 3D Embossing Folder, which is also in the Annual Catalog.
I decided to make a little box out of the remainder of the cracker box piece I was using. It's perfect size for some lip balm or lip gloss, but you can definitely put other things in it. I like how it looks like a wrapped piece of candy.
