Mother's Love CPC46

This is the first card I've made with the Mother's Love Stamp Set. It's such a pretty set, and I love the font on the greeting stamps in it. I used this month's Creating Pretty Cards Sketch #46 to make this card. If you're wanting more variety in your card layouts, then you'll definitely want to use this sketch.

If you play along with the sketch, you have a chance to win a free month Craft Project Central (CPC) subscription of your choice! For every 10 cards entered, a winner will be drawn. If CPC project designers submit a card for your inspiration this month, they won’t be in the winner random-selection pool, but their cards will count towards the “for every 10 cards submitted winner total”. Click Here to enter your card. You have until April 30 to enter. Good Luck!

Now, I have a little tip on how I made the mat for the staped banner on the card. I die-cut the Whisper White layer with the third banner die (begin counting from the smallest one up) in the Banners Framelits Dies. The fourth banner die was larger than I wanted, so I needed to do some altering.
  1. I attached the stamped image to a 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock.
  2. I laid the fourth banner die on top of the piece. I lined the bottom of the banner die up so the Mossy Meadow border was the same width as the other three sides. I also centered the piece from left to right under the die.
  3. Once everything was lined up, I ran it through the Big Shot. I then attached it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
