My Hubby's Birthday Card

My husband's birthday was last weekend, and this is the card that I made for him.  I love the new designer paper I used called, Natural Composition Specialty DSP (p. 162).  If you look closely at the upper left corner, you can see that the pattern on the DSP is glossy.  I really like it!  I once again used the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set (p. 134) and the Bitty Banners Framelits (p. 191).  If you've seen my last few posts, you've noticed that I've used this set and framelits A LOT!  I also used one of my favorite sets, Established Elegance (p. 125).  I think the typewriter in this set is great for a masculine card, among other types of projects.  The button is from the new Naturals Designer Buttons (p. 176), and I put it on with a Glue Dot (p. 177)  It's a little hard to see, but I put a Stampin' Dimensional (p. 177) on the middle back of the banner to make it look like it's waving in the breeze.  I attached the ends of the banner with SNAIL Adhesive (p. 177).

Stamps:  Established Elegance & Itty Bitty Banners

Ink:  Early Espresso and Midnight Muse Classic ink pads

Paper:  Early Espresso, Midnight Muse, & Crumb Cake card stock; Natural Composition Specialty DSP

Accessories:  Big Shot die-cutting machine, Bitty Banners Framelits, Naturals Designer Buttons, Stampin' Dimensionals, & Glue Dots

Reminder:  I have one free July subscription that I can give away, and one lucky person can win it!  Comment on any or all posts dated July 10 - 16th and get your name put into the hat.  You'll get your name put into the hat for each comment you make (a limit of one comment per post).  So, keep coming back to my blog for the next week and comment.  The more comments, the better your chances at winning!  I'll draw the winner on Tuesday, July 17 and announce the winner that day.  Good Luck!
