Boy, has it been a long time since I've posted a project! I'm sorry about that, but things have been busy around here again. I thought I'd get back into it by participating in the MOJO216 sketch that came out Monday.
The stamp set I used is called Snow Swirled (p. 38). If you look at the close-up picture below, you can see that the snowflakes are shiny. I embossed the images with Wild Wasabi and Cherry Cobbler emboss powders (p. 201). I also put a Basic Rhinestone Jewel (p. 198) in the middle of each one. The card is very shimmery in person. It's also hard to tell in the picture, but the greeting banner is raised in the middle to make it look like a flag rippling in the breeze. The Wild Wasabi strip on the left was embossed with the Petals-A-Plenty Impressions Folder (p. 219). The beautiful designer paper is in the Holiday Mini, and it's called Holly Berry Bouquet DSP (p. 20).
Stamps: Snow Swirled set
Ink: Cherry Cobbler Classic ink pad & VersaMark ink pad
Paper: Cherry Cobbler, Wild Wasabi, Early Espresso, & Very Vanilla card stock; Holly Berry Bouquet DSP (Mini)
Accessories: Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Petals-A-Plenty Impressions Folder, 1-3/4" Scallop Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 1-1/4" Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch, Basic Rhinestone Jewels, Heat Tool, Cherry Cobbler emboss powder, Wild Wasabi emboss powder, & Stampin' Dimensionals

While I love unique color combos, I also really enjoy tradition. (I went traditional with my card too). This card is clean and crisp, and I like the embossing in the background. Lovely!
