A Simple, Elegant Card

Happy Friday, everyone! I'm trying to get all of my work done quick so I can pack up to scrapbook with my friends at church from 3 p.m. today until 3 p.m. tomorrow. I do come home to sleep, but go right back early in the morning. It's been a awhile since we've done this, and I can't wait!

Today's card is so simple! I only used one ink pad (Pear Pizzazz). I CASEd this card from Crystal Lenssen. I changed mine a little bit, but not much. After stamping the flowers on the right side of the Whisper White card stock, I punched the bottom edge with the Scallop Edge Border Punch. One change I made was to dry emboss the white piece by running it through the Big Shot with the SU! Square Lattice Impressions Folder. I love it embossed! The only other changes I made was to stamp the flower image only once, put the greeting on a separate oval layer (attached with dimensionals), and stamp the leaves along the bottom of the Pear Pizzazz card. I also stamped the leaves along the bottom inside the card. You can kind of see that in the picture.

Stamps: Just Believe
