You've probably been wondering, "Is that girl still alive?" Yes, I am! I've really missed posting the last 9 days. Too many things going on, and I hope I never go that long without posting again! I've just got to get more organized!
I finally got to work on projects for my upcoming Fall/Halloween Stamp Camp. I've got the Halloween projects finished, and now I'm getting ready to work on the Fall projects. Actually, today I need to make a birthday cake and card for my now 15 year old son first! Today is Alex's birthday, and I'm really feeling old! I can't believe my youngest kid is 15! Time goes by so fast! It won't be long and all 3 of our kids will be driving! EEK!
Back to stamping. Below is one of the Halloween projects being made at my Fall/Halloween Stamp Camp on Friday, October 15 @ 6:30 p.m. There will be 6 projects made (3 Fall and 3 Halloween) for only $15! If you're in the Central Indiana/Mooresville area and would like to attend, please LET ME KNOW by Wednesday, October 13.
This card also goes along with the SUOC2 challenge on the SU-Only Challenges site. It's a great site to go to for inspiration. Make sure you check it out soon!
I've been seeing these side step cards everywhere, and I've been wanting to make one for ages. I got inspiration for this one by seeing a few Halloween ones made by others. I combined different elements from the ones I've seen and put some of my own touches on it as well. It's my favorite project for this camp so far. The ghosts were made with the Two-Step Owl punch. You just punch out the owl, snip off it's legs, and turn him upside down. The eyes were made with medium-sized circles in the punch and my white gel pen. This card was so much FUN!
